Through an Interlocal Agreement between Pinellas County and the 24 Municipalities, the Employment Sites Program has developed a new category of funding to strengthen the local economy through capital projects focused on Target Industries throughout Pinellas County.

Employment Sites Program for Public Infrastructure Projects

Pinellas County Economic Development will soon introduce a Public Infrastructure category to the Employment Sites Program. This category will offer grants to partially fund capital projects that enhance publicly-led infrastructure. This funding category aims to support the recruitment, retention, and expansion of target industry companies in Pinellas County. This funding category will focus on supporting projects that benefit multiple development sites or multiple target industry companies.
