All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions or scope of work of this invitation to bid must be sent in writing (as per above) to the Purchasing Department and received no later than the deadline specified. Responses to questions may be handled as an addendum if the response would provide clarification to requirements of the invitation to bid. All such addenda shall become part of the bid documents. The County will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed bid. The Purchasing Department will be unable to respond to questions received after the specified deadline.

Rare opportunity to purchase vacant land in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida

Pinellas County is offering a rare opportunity to purchase vacant land in Indian Rocks Beach directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.  Three parcels located on the east side of Gulf Boulevard between 23rd and 24th Avenues North are being offered for sale. The 0.83 acre site is rectangular in shape and has 300 feet of road frontage along the east side of Gulf Boulevard.  This is a very attractive prospect for a mixed-use development that could incorporate commercial and residential uses.
