Tuition-Free Precision Machining Apprenticeship Program Available for Businesses and Employees through Pinellas Technical Education Centers (PTEC). The Tampa Bay Machining Apprenticeship and PTEC are offering apprenticeships for machinists, tool & die makers, mold makers and CNC machinists. Students will study with seasoned journeymen and may achieve a certificate of completion of apprenticeship, which infers journeyman status. Dispose of Electronics and Chemical Waste at Pinellas County Utilities’ EnviroBusiness Hazardous Waste Collection, Wednesday, August 10, 2005, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the County's Household Electronics & Chemical Collection Center, 2990 110th Ave. N., St. Petersburg. To drop off chemicals, businesses need to qualify as small waste generators (produce less than 25 gallons, or 220 pounds, of chemical waste per month).
