The dust has settled and Nielsen Media has relocated to their expanded headquarters in Oldsmar, making available one of the City of Dunedin's most prominent, valuable and centrally located pieces of commercial real estate. The former Nielsen Media building is located at 375 Patricia Avenue at the northeast corner of Patricia Avenue and Scotsdale Street.

The City is taking the lead in finding a new tenant for this prime location. They've launched a direct mail campaign, and are working with local business leaders to recruit a growing company to fill this 200,000 square foot campus encompassing over 16 acres. Robert Ironsmith, Director of Economic Development for the City, sums it up, "This is a unique opportunity within the City of Dunedin. We want to ensure the best fit for our community, so we're contacting companies we'd like to have as neighbors."

The former Nielsen site includes three buildings, open floor plans, raised flooring, a data center and a cafeteria. The City is hoping that with a price tag of $9,350,000, the property will prove to be a cost-effective solution to a company with significant back office needs.

The City of Dunedin is located in Northern Pinellas County, approximately 12 miles from the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and just 18.5 miles from Tampa International Airport. The City has a population of 38,000 and a thriving downtown business district with more than 100 shops, restaurants, boutiques and art galleries make Dunedin a great place to live and work.
