We offer infrared surveys of roofs and building envelopes for water leaks, energy efficency.
We can survey manufacturing and production facilities for potential- for- loss due to overheated bearings and motors, ducts, electrical equipment, and conveyors. This allows maintenance or service during scheduled downtime vs. the catastrophic intrerruption during a production run.
As an example of non destructive testing: Injection molds can be inspected prior to mounting in a press to determine if all coolant or heating lines are properly configured.
Generally, excess heat indicates a potential - for - loss and we can locate these areas of concern. |
