| Tower Parking Solutions, Inc. is a company that designs, manufactures, and constructs fully automated vertical parking towers. A vertical tower can park from 10 to 36 vehicles in a about 600 Sq. Ft. Each vehicle is driven onto an empty platform on the ground level, where the driver exits; the platform with the vehicle is then rotated upward. The vehicle is parked above ground in its own private compartment, protected from theft and vandalism and other cars. With the use of towers capital expenditures may be substantially reduced through a capital accelerated depreciation schedule for equipment. A 7 year depreciation factor is applicable to the towers according to I.R.S. Code Section 168, regulation 1.167. |
